I missed a call from this number this morning- all I know is that it's a Glasgow code. Since I only have 1 friend in Glasgow, I'm assuming it's a call centre.

Was called today, answered and got a pre-recorded message regarding payment protection insurance, never heard of them or been involved with them, I just let the message play to itself why I made myself a cuppa! Probably another scam etc etc.

I have had a number of calls from this number and I have never responded. You get a recorded message which does give you an option to opt out, however I think its probably best just to ignore altogether.
