4th time this year from same company, message "URGENT! our records indicate that you may be entitled to £2750 for the accident you had. To apply for a free reply YES to this message. to opt out text STOP"
Never had an accident YET, but obviously they have something called "foresight"
Even mentioned this to solicitor on my local radio programme other day, and he feels sorry for us, as this is completely unregulated and nothing to do with them what so ever.

"You have received 1 New Message, to read your message just click here zip.co.uk....."
This is outrageous, how can this be legal, as pointed out above, I think we should all do them for harrasment!

Received this today:
"We have been trying to contact you regarding your PPI Claim, we now have details of how much you are due, just reply CONFIRM and we will call you back".
Obviously, I've never made a PPI claim, so this is spam.

Same as above... We have been trying to contact you regarding your PPI Claim, we now have details of how much you are due, just reply CONFIRM and we will call you back - they probably charge a few quid for txt you send whatever but the scam is its exactly that... A SCAM! Don't reply.

PPI Claim
Same as above few, PPI claim. They actually rang on my mobile too and my partner answered it. He told them that I had not taken out anything that would entitle me to a PPI claim and asked why they thought I would be able to claim, all they said was 'Oh.......have YOU got a claim we could help you with?' He told them to bugger off and cut the call.
